On November 16, 2016 Cryptozoic™ Entertainment released the Season 1 Outlander Trading Cards. These beautiful cards have been flying off the shelf since their release!

Product Details
Packs: 5 Cards per pack*, 24 packs per box**
*should you receive a wardrobe card in your pack you will only receive one regular card and one wardrobe card in that pack for a total of two cards.
**in trading card lingo a “box” can also be referred to as a “hobby box”
Base Set: 72 cards featuring episodic images from the premier season
Chase Sets: These are card sets that are meant to be complimentary to the base set.
- Chase Set #1 – Character Bios (1:3 packs)*
- Chase Set #2 – Quotes (1:3 packs)
- Chase Set #3 – Speak Outlander (1:3 packs)
- Fraser Brooch Silver Foil Variant (1:3 packs)
- Thistle of Scotland Gold Foil Variant (1:15 packs)
Chase Sets 1-3 each have nine cards per set. The Fraser Brooch Silver Foil and Thistle of Scotland Gold Foil Variants each have 99 cards per set. In addition, the Thistle of Scotland Gold Foil Variant cards are numbered from 01/50 to 50/50.
*When you see this nomenclature – 1.3 – it means one in three packs will have one of these special cards. Or in the case of the Thistle of Scotland – 1:15 – it means one in fifteen packs will have one of these special cards.
Inserts: These cards are also meant to be complimentary to the base set.
- Autograph Cards* (1:24 packs)
- Wardrobe Cards* (1:24 packs)
- Dual Wardrobe Cards (1:96 packs)
- Printing Plates (1:128 packs)
There are 18 Autograph Cards, 37 Wardrobe Cards, 9 Dual Wardrobe Cards and 4 Printing Plates per card. (Magenta, Yellow, Cyan and Black.)
*Autograph and Wardrobe cards are randomly inserted, and ratios are representative of the entire print run. Total chance of finding a special insert is approximately 2:24 packs. No guaranteed number of special inserts per box.
Binder: 1″ Binder contains an exclusive wardrobe card – M37 – Caitroina Balfe as Claire Randall. It also contains and exclusive card – B1 – Thistle of Scotland.
Special Promo Cards
There were five promotional cards released by Cryptozoic™ Entertainment in 2015 and 2016. Three cards were released in Non-Sport Update Magazine and two were released at trading card conventions.
